    ML Rwebandira is an adventure/cultural tourism expert, multimedia producer and part-time lecturer. A Ugandan/Slovenian national, he resides in the unofficial capital of the Gorilla Highlands region, Musanze (Rwanda). ML co-founded Gorilla Highlands Experts, manages Gorilla Highlands Ltd and edits the blog. He has an MA in Development Studies (Uganda Martryrs University) and BA in Journalism (University of Ljubljana). Previously known as Miha Logar, in 2025 ML Rwebandira decided to put a spotlight on his Kiga name to mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of Festo Karwemera.
